We Help Students Get Equitable Educations

At Vested Advocates, we believe that the potential of a student should never be limited by their inability to access a quality, equitable education.

Empowering, Non-Legal Educational Advocacy

“Having an advocate was so helpful. Everything was explained to us and it reduced our stress about the whole IEP process. It was great to have someone that understood everything in our corner.”—Samanth K., Hanover, MA

The Vested Advocates Story

As a special education attorney, Francesca Korbas understood how hard the IEP and 504 Plan processes were on parents. So, when she met Tyler R. Vunk, a seasoned executive functioning coach and educational services entrepreneur, she saw an opportunity to create something special. Soon thereafter, Francesca and Tyler co-founded Vested Advocates—an educational advocacy consulting service devoted to helping families obtain the educations their children deserve.

Our Mission

Using knowledge, poise, and negotiation, we strive to deliver equitable educations, confidence, and hope to our families and students.

Our Core Values

Our principles serve as the foundation for Vested Advocates. They drive all our decisions and every interaction we have with our parents, students, and families.

Students of all academic, physical, and emotional profiles should have access to quality education.

All families should feel integrally involved in education-related decisions.

School-family relationships are ongoing and long-lasting and should be nurtured accordingly.

Parents should feel confident and motivated to engage in the IEP and 504 Plan processes.
